Joe Devine

Joe is Cloud 8 Sixteen, Inc.’s is responsible for the overall direction and growth of the company. Prior to founding The Search Engine Guys in 2007 and Ngage in 2008, Joe managed several business units within the legal services industry and served as V.P. of Sales for one of the largest privately held legal directories on the web.

Over the course of Joe’s career, he has consulted with hundreds of law firms, small businesses and major corporations with respect to website architecture, search engine optimization, and paid search strategy. Recently, he led the company through a major acquisition which resulted in the sale of their Ngage live chat division to Internet Brands.

Recently, Joe has had articles featured in The New York Times, BusinessWeek.com, Venture Beat, and Mashable, and has been highlighted in the Austin Business Journal, Visibility Magazine, and Search Marketing Standard.

Personal

Joe spends most of his off hours with his wonderful wife Carrie and their four children. When not chasing the kids around the house, Joe loves coaching basketball, doing triathlons and reading.
